NEOGreeks ("we", "us", "Platform") operated by Davision Tech is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Platform at neogreeks.com.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
Profile Data: Trading experience level and preferences you provide during onboarding.
Payment Data: Transaction IDs and subscription status (we do not store card details — all payments are handled by Razorpay).
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and session duration for analytics.
Referral Data: Broker referral codes if provided during signup.
3. How We Use Your Information
To provide and maintain your subscription and access to the Platform.
To process payments and send billing-related communications.
To send product updates, market insights, and platform announcements (you may opt out anytime).
To improve the Platform based on usage analytics.
To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) with servers located in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
5. Broker Credentials — What We Never Store
We never see, receive or store your broker password, PIN, TOTP/OTP or 2FA secret. You sign in on your broker's own website. NEOGreeks is only handed back a short-lived access token by the broker at the end of that flow.
What we store: a single broker access token, encrypted at rest, valid for that trading day only.
What we never store: passwords, PINs, OTP or TOTP codes, 2FA seeds, card numbers, bank details or your broker's login page inputs.
Expiry: broker tokens expire daily. Nothing persists overnight, which is why you reconnect each morning.
Revocation: disconnecting your broker in Profile, or revoking access at your broker, ends our access immediately.
Payments: handled entirely by Razorpay. We never receive or store card, UPI or bank details.
The token permits reading market data and, where you explicitly place an order from the terminal, acting on that instruction. It cannot be used to withdraw funds or change your broker account settings.

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Platform functionality.
8. Your Rights
Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon deletion request, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
