1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NEOGreeks ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

NEOGreeks provides real-time options analytics, Open Interest (OI) data, market regime signals, and virtual paper trading tools for Indian financial markets (NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, SENSEX). The Platform is operated by Davision Tech, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content, signals, data, and analysis provided by NEOGreeks is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other advice. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You must be a resident of India or legally permitted to access Indian market data in your jurisdiction.
• You must have a valid trading account with a SEBI-registered broker to trade real markets.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Promotional and sale pricing is offered for a limited period and is subject to change once that period ends. The price shown at checkout is the price charged.

6. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@neogreeks.com.

7. Broker Credentials & Security

You authenticate directly with your broker. NEOGreeks does not request, receive or store your broker password, PIN, OTP, TOTP or 2FA secret. We hold only a daily broker access token, encrypted at rest, which expires each trading day. You may revoke it at any time from your Profile or from your broker. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store card, UPI or bank details.

You remain responsible for keeping your NEOGreeks account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

8. Prohibited Use

• Scraping, copying, or redistributing any data from the Platform.
• Using the Platform to manipulate markets or engage in any illegal activity.
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the underlying algorithms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, UI designs, brand assets, and data displays on the Platform are the exclusive property of Davision Tech / NEOGreeks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEOGreeks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any data or signals provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
